Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in North America.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame or tracking shows it's been lost, contact us at jakupovic301@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
